What we are

Artists Only is a curated digital art gallery. We host and sell digital works by artists we have invited to the roster. Each artist signs an artist agreement that sets the commercial terms between Artists Only and the artist before any drop.

What you are buying

You are buying a numbered edition of a digital work and a signed certificate of authenticity issued by the platform. The certificate is yours to keep, transfer, or burn. The work file is yours to download. Optional minting to a public chain is available on request and uses a non-custodial flow.

Refunds

Sales are final once the certificate is issued. If a sale is disputed before the certificate is issued, the order is refunded in full.

Resale

You may transfer or resell your edition. The platform supports peer-to-peer transfer of certificate ownership on request. Artists Only takes no commission on secondary sales unless the resale is hosted by the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate an artist. Do not use the platform to launder funds. Do not submit work that is not yours.

Liability

Artists Only is provided as is. We do not warrant continuous availability. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
